WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breath control, and meditation to create balance between the body, mind, and spirit. HOW OLD IS YOGA?

We built Canopy Yoga in Bracknell to meet the growing demand for a dedicated, purpose-built facility that caters to a range of yoga styles and wellness needs.
While many local studios focus solely on fitness or general classes, we identified a gap in the market for a space that truly prioritises the full yoga experience, offering everything from dynamic flow sessions to restorative and meditative practices.
Our facility provides an environment designed specifically for yoga, with tranquil, spacious studios, natural lighting, and premium equipment.
We wanted to create a welcoming community hub where practitioners of all levels can find classes tailored to their needs, helping them enhance both physical and mental well-being in a space that encourages focus and relaxation.
