With so many different types of yoga available it’s important to know what styles we practice here at Canopy Yoga in Bracknell.

  • Vinyasa Faster pace class, focussing on movement and breath. Make your practice easier or harder with variations.
  • Hatha Slower paced class, focussing on alignment, posture, relaxation and breath work.
  • Restorative Slow flow with grounding postures using props. Focusing on relaxation & meditation therapy.
  • Yin Yoga A practice involving longer holds in poses via the support of props. It targets particular areas of the body and encourages stillness and internal observation.
  • Flow & Restore Start with a gentle flow before settling into grounding postures with relaxation.
